SINGLE SUPER PHOSPHATE (SSP)


Single Super Phosphate (SSP) Fertilizer industry is the pioneering fertilizer industry in the country. The main raw materials required are Rock Phosphate & Sulphuric Acid. SSP is a straight phosphate multi-nutrient fertilizer which contains 14.5% water soluble P2O5, 12% sulphur, 21% calcium and some other essential micro nutrients in small proportions.

GRANULATED SINGLE SUPER PHOSPHATE (GSSP)


Manufacturing of GSSP is based on perhaps the simplest chemical reaction amongst chemical fertilizer industry. The main raw materials required are rock Phosphate & Sulphuric acid. GSSP is a straight phosphate multi-nutrient fertilizer which contains 14.5% water soluble P2O5, 12% Sulphur, 21% Calcium & some other essential micro nutrients in small proportions. GSSP is an option to optimize the use of phosphatic fertilizer.

TRIPLE SUPER PHOSPHATE (TSP)


TSP (46% P2O5) is manufactured from finely ground phosphate rock assaying 31% P2O5 is ground & stored in the overhead bin. Automatic weigh scale is installed to control the feed into mixer. It is mixed with Phosphoric acid (54%) & water in a fixed ratio in a mixer. The discharge of mixer goes to den. In den material is cured slowly under the section for collecting of gas generating in mixer & den.

PHOSPHORIC ACID


Phosphoric acid (also known as orthophosphoric acid or phosphoric(V) acid) is a mineral (inorganic) acid having the chemical formula H3PO4. Phosphoric acid (H3PO4) can be produced by 3 main commercial methods: wet process, thermal process and dry kiln process. Wet process is by far the most common route and the acid can be used in phosphate fertilizers production (DAP, MAP, SPA). Thermal process phosphoric acid is of a much higher purity and is used in the manufacture of high grade chemicals, pharmaceuticals, detergents, food products, and other nonfertilizer products.

BORONATED SINGLE SUPER PHOSPHATE (BSSP)


Helps in cell division of meristem region in the plants. Helps development of flower & fruits. This is due to B role in pollen grain germination. Enhance catalase, peroxidase, polyphenoloxidase enzymes. Improves carbohydrate metabolism & protein synthesis. Helps in photosynthetic activities.Helps in root & shoot development. Helps in disease tolerance.

ZINCATED SINGLE SUPER PHOSPHATE (ZSSP)


Zincated Single Super Phosphate containing 2.5% Zinc & is modified from of single super phosphate. It is very useful fertilizer for field crops & solid deficient in phosphorous and zinc.
