TRIPLE SUPER PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER
TSP (46% P2O5) is manufactured from finely ground phosphate rock assaying 31% P2O5 is ground & stored in the overhead bin. Automatic weight scale is installed to control the feed into the mixer. It is mixed with Phosphoric acid (54%) & water in a fixed ratio in a mixer. The discharge of the mixer goes to the den. In den material is cured slowly under the section for collecting of gas generated in mixer & den.
